Room service was really nice and the food is always delicious. House keeping personnel was friendly and helpful, unfortunately i didn't know his name. Facility is very clean. Reception team is freindly and always smiling.

Staff and the welcome in this hotel is always incredible. Rooms are spacious and the service is good (laundry and room service). Gym and pool are top notch also. Easy to get an Uber.

The rooms was so clean and the staff were so friendly and welcoming especially the girls in the reception and the valley staff.. our room assistant Salahuddin was so dedicated and helpful.

This hotel was a brilliant find. I was blown away by the warm welcome and exceptional friendliness of the staff. I loved the welcome note in my room and was thrilled to see the commitment to cleaning my room on a daily basis. So many hotels are still making excuses around reduced cleaning (owing to Covid) that are no longer relevant. Well done to the Riyadh Marriott for making a positive change. I am always happy to recycle towels, but appreciate the light touch cleaning and the refreshment of guest accessories.
